Vikings U11 & U9 Warriors showed their potential this morning with excellent performances against stiff opposition.

Having started a little slow this season both teams are beginning to see the fruits of their labour playing exciting and attractive football as players begin to gel.

For the U11s it was truly a team performance with the whole squad playing their part in a fine display battling back from 2-0 down with notable performance from Goalkeeper Jack “Boots” Phillips-Richardson & full back Johnny Moss. Vikings goals came from Dan Pratley & Sammy Wilson.

Vikings U9 Warriors showed some of their potential and again played some excellent football admirably sticking to the philosophy of playing through the thirds with standout performances from Georgi & Jaxon.

Well done all and thanks to both teams Parents who braved the rain and are keeping the faith with Vikings long term player development.
