Together, we have had a groundbreaking year:

• Status confirmed: FA Charter Standard Club
• Hosted our annual 6-a-side tournament (80 teams involved @ Witney Town Community Stadium)
• Met with the Rt Hon David Cameron MP (3rd May)
• Follow-up with Witney Town Council (WTC), Wood Green School and Oxfordshire County Council
• With support from WTC, moved Club to new home @ Burwell Meadow Recreation Ground
• Burwell Meadow Recreation Ground awarded ‘QE II Parks’ status
• Supported WTC @ ‘Having a Field Day’
• Purchased a new container for shared equipment @ Burwell
• Trophy Day @ Burwell
• Registered 3 new teams (U7, U7 Warriors and U13 Warriors)
• New ‘Senior Vikings’ squad established – now training weekly!
• Successful Academy: ‘Tiny Vikings 2013′ (17 players already registered from 9 local schools)
• Launched our very own ‘Viking D-I-S-C-O’
• Purchased and successfully launched our own website
• New social networking via Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Opened our ‘Viking Cafe’ on busier Saturdays
• Continue to build our footballing network: WDYFL, OFA, Oxford United FC, Reading FC
