The Strategic Leaders course is designed to support strategic, operational, and grassroots club leaders across England in building long-term organisational capacity, alignment, and inclusive governance.

• Legacy, Brand & Crisis Management: Combines identity and leadership behaviors to help clubs define and sustain a strong legacy identity while handling complex or sensitive situations—such as mergers or organisational crises—with integrity and authority.
• Broader Programme Integration: It forms part of a blended learning model (including online microlearning, virtual workshops, regional summits, and capstone projects) aimed at strategic planning, financial sustainability, governance, and digital innovation.
