Witney Vikings Youth Football Club

Under 5 - Teeny Tiny Vikings

About Teeny Tiny Vikings

Teeny Tiny Vikings is for the youngest members of our community, boys and girls in the Reception year at school.

Football training for young children is all about fun, learning, and building confidence. At this age, sessions focus on simple activities that develop basic skills such as running, kicking, dribbling, and teamwork in a playful, supportive environment.

Through these sessions, children gain:

  • Physical Development – improving coordination, balance, and motor skills.
  • Social Skills – learning to share, take turns, and work as part of a team.
  • Confidence & Resilience – building self-belief through encouragement and positive experiences.
  • A Love for Sport – discovering the joy of movement and play that can last a lifetime.

Most importantly, training is designed to be fun, engaging, and filled with smiles!

Where & When We Train

We don’t play in a competitive league yet but we train on a Sunday morning from 10-11am at the Henry Box School lower field, close to the Witney ATP.

All Sessions are Pay and Play (just turn up) @ £4 per session. Players supervision is by FA Level 2 coaches and we have established pathways to over 40 teams.
